    I hear ya man.I have spent a small fortune this year myself.
    I bought 2 Suhr modern 24’s and an RG 2027X with piezo,I’m more than done,lol.
    I must say though,these being the first Suhr guitars I’ve ever owned they unlike my Jem’s are actually worth every penny.I want to get a Suhr Pro series like Gregs next year.I can also get a pro series with a 24 fret neck as well.I have some super nice RG’s and Jems but have to admit these Suhr guitars a sweet,and I may be a convert for life now.

    If he did I’m sure there will be fights over those guitars.

    I was thinking about getting a Custom Horizon based from his specs but…you know…i kinda want to have food to eat when i get hungry.

    but gawd it i would kill for that guitar..

    I don’t think he’s …
    I don’t think he’s influenced by Vai. He told me he’s not a steve Vai fan actually.

  10. Guitarmajster Says:

    @GuillermoSmyser …
    @GuillermoSmyser not all Ibanez models are made that way, f.ex. Steve Vai uses jems with the older LoPro bridge, while those selled today all have edge pro, Same thing with Satriani.

  11. GuillermoSmyser Says:

    @osensei2987 Ibanez …
    @osensei2987 Ibanez as well makes signature models that are true to what the artists use (unless they are the left hand or cheaper versions). The EGEN was especially designed to be the same as what it’s signature artists has on stage.

    Not true at all. …
    Not true at all. Steve Morses guitars are off the shelf, so are Steve Lukather’s guitars.

    People that think these guys need and have mega super guitars are wrong…I saw Paul Gilbert do a clinic on a PGM that he had never played before with dead strings and evil action. He was fine.

  15. petiethepitt Says:

    Thats very true …
    Thats very true with most ,manufacturers.
    Carvin, Ernie Ball, and Suhr, make the most authentic sig guitars.Maybe Vigier as well but have never actually looked that close at those.And not to nut anyone up but Greg has been using Laguna for a long time,this is not new.And I doubt very much he doesn’t play his ESP’s anymore.

  16. osensei2987 Says:

    The top of the line …
    The top of the line Holdsworth Fat Boys by Carvin are true to Alan’s spec! Most other brand’s signature models are not the same as the artist’s stage model.

  17. benno369 Says:
