@rossakid Hi there, …
@rossakid Hi there, sorry to hear your disappointment with week 1. We do state the skill level for week 1 is for Beginner – Intermediate. Please check the other weeks to find your appropriate skill level. The nature of 6 weeks is to build a players standard over each week, therefore we do need to tailor the dvds for all guitarists.

Have the 1st DVD …
Have the 1st DVD and have to say I was quite dissapointed. I was lead to believe that this would be aimed at advanced players and that the exercises and solos contained on the DVD would be a reflection of this.
This ‘one size fits all’ type of DVD annoys me because it could have been great but tried to tailor itself to too wide a range of players which renders it very unsatisifying.

The description and …
The description and content of this video can be misleading. This video does not teach you how to gain speed. It does give you ideas for playing sequences, licks, and runs in certain scales. These videos also don’t explain much about how positions of scales link up with each other. One thing I do like is how the material covered in all the weeks can be applied to specific guitarists. Overall, I think this DVD set would be for a intermediate to more advanced player.
