Loreena is a …
Loreena is a musical genious. Her voice is intoxicating and I love her beautiful hair. If I’m stressed out, I listen to one of her songs and I’m lifted away to some distant land or forest. Her fellow musicians are so talented too. I wish she would come to Minnesota to play. Thanks TXENMT for posting this live performance of my favorite Loreena McKennit song!

Loreena McKennitt …
Loreena McKennitt is a beautiful lady. She doesn’t use sex appeal in any way to sell her music (wow, isn’t that refreshing in this day and age?), but isn’t she though? Gorgeous.

The first song I truly loved from Loreena McKennitt, the song that drew me to her music. After two or three years I still love it, though it’s no longer the only song I truly love. She has many amazing and special songs I love.
Bless you Loreena.

It’s a Hurdy Gurdy, …
It’s a Hurdy Gurdy, a traditional french instrument. The hurdy gurdy or vielle-a-roue (fiddle with a wheel) is a cross between a violin and a piano accordion. It is made up of a curved, oval body, a set of keys and a curved handle that is turned and connected to a wheel that bows the strings that are stopped by the keys.
