I want to say thank you, and you’re awesome. I have another question though.
In the second exercise do you just pull off the other 2 notes on the high e after the tap.
Also what do you tap with? I’m trying to use my middle finger unsuccessfully.

yes with a metronome. Set on quarter / eighth / tripplet / sixteenth / thirty-second notes (according to the sweep), accent on count 1, starting at 100 bpm, one note per click / beep and increasing by 20 when you perfect on a speed

im kind of stuck i na musical rut right now. I never want to play guitar anymore, and i was thinking of buying a 5-string bass with a high C string to spark my creativity. I know you’re obviously more guitar oriented, but any advice on getting over this ‘musicians block’ would be great
November 5th, 2009 at 1:09 am
good guitar but …
good guitar but tonally limiting…. Buy it if you want to correct your mistakes and be forced to get better… as far as “definitive” goes… thats subject to opinion.
