Steve Morse playing one of my favorite melodies, its about 8 and a half minutes long and it doesn’t have a name nor need one. I think he has pieces from a few different songs in there (isn’t that what good songs are ;-p?): Parts from Jesus Christ Superstar and cascades I’m not your lover (and others Im sure) but ultimately combines them into a great solo here. I believe this is from a show in Australia, but I haven’t seen a DVD release of a show like that. Only seen a Germany one, oh well. You can truly see how vocals aren’t needed to make a song beautiful…almost like Steve Morse is bringing a piece of classical into rock or something. Enjoy.
